Very quick heat-up time! Almost as little as 30 seconds. A little awkward in handling tho.

My hair often loses its curl unless I use a ton of hairspray, but this curling iron kept my curls for hours without needing half a can of hairspray. As for the automatic rotating feature, it's nice once I got the hang of it, but I'm not sure it really saved me any time or reduced the effort and "wrist discomfort" of curling my hair. My hair did slip through the hair clip a few times, as it does not tightly grip your hair, but I think it's designed that way to make a soft curl without creating a crimped look at the end of your hair from the clip gripping too tight. I bought a heat resistant glove to help hold the more difficult pieces around the iron. This curling iron gets super hot and will burn your hair, even if using it on the lowest setting, so apply a heat protector to you hair prior to using.

Good build quality and works great for all hair. Heats up fast and works great.

Works just as well as the much more expensive ones on the market. Easy to use. Just make sure and read the instructions

I was unable to twist it appropriately...to fast? Too complicated for a curling iron.
