[Employee of bestbuy] The overall build quality is rather sturdy. But even for a "portable steamer, " water capacity is low. It gets tedious every 3 seconds to refill it back and forth. This is just a major design flaw. I've tested it with a variety of shirts, fabrics, etc., and it cannot even take a single Shirt! You have to walk back and forth because it uses up all the water quickly.

Really heavy. I had a hard time removing the water container. I decided to return it. I did not even try to use it. I like the color though.

Alright, color is weird tho . Functional and portable.

we liked it , easy to use and even my 12 old kids handle it easily, better than iron box

Very compact and convenient. For my use, it removes the need for the conventional flat iron.
