Easy to use. For basic hot foot bath it's nice. No internal heater, but maintains heat well.

Foot soak , would be better with jets of water , it doesn’t heat the water. It vibrates. A little disappointed. I need a more deluxe model. It is good to use with Epsom salt though.

Bought it for my mom and she loved it! DONT expect salon or spa quality, be realistic. But it’s perfect especially during the pandemic to relax and have your own spa day.

Okay if you are just looking for a foot soak

The description and "heat" button implies that it heats the water but it doesn't. It actually doesn't even keep it warm. I have to boil water on the side because the water gets cool very fast. The vibration is also not that great. If you want a foot soaker then get this but frankly its overpriced for what it does.
