I just used my new flat iron this past weekend. I was overjoyed at how good it straighten my hair, It heated up really fast, all it took was one past on each section of my hair. I love how easy it was to curl my ends. When I completed my hair it was so beautiful and shining.

Love this iron! It heats to selected temperature within seconds which saves a lot of time. It gives you control of the temperature of the iron so you can adjust it for your type of hair which is SO important if you have fine hair like I do. I was surprised that it had this option for an iron that is economical...found that irons more than 2 or 3 times as expensive did not have a temperature control like this one - they had one setting..HOT! So it was a no brainer that this was a great iron.

This is comparable, if not better than a flat iron many times the price. Leaves my hair shiny and static free, even in the winter. It heats up very fast, under a minute, and has a lot of heat options that actually change the temperature instead of giving you the illusion that you have options. I even use it to curl my hair now instead of a curling iron.

I've had more expensive brands and this one is right up there. It's easy to use and makes my hair so straight and STAY straight. I have medium naturally wavy hair. My friend with thick coarse curly hair used it and LOVED it. Definitely recommended!

It heats up very fast. I don't put it at a very high setting at all and it still works very well. It came with a small sampler of oil for moisturozing your hair too. The only downside is that it has pulled at my hair once or twice, but that's an unavoidable thing with most straighteners.

This is my second time purchasing this exact same flat iron. I purchased the first one, in a hurry as my CHI suddenly quit heating. I had every intention of buying another CHI, until I used this one. That was in early 2013. It is still in great shape, and heats just as the day I bought it. I happened to notice it was on sale here at best buy for less than $15, and could not pass it up. I originally paid $45 and got every single penny out of it plus some. This is well made, and can take one heck of a beating. I have dropped this thing at least 50 times, with no major damage. It glides down my hair smoothly, and does not pull or tug. I have natural curly hair, and this flat iron eliminates frizz, as well as straightens with little effort. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this iron as a spur of the moment item. I had been needing to buy a new flat iron and this one caught my eye. I like the size and the fact that there is no snagging when I run the iron through my hair. The only issue is that the temperature control is based on a number system according to hair type. I don't really know the actual temperature I am using but I figured out which setting to use fairly easily.

I had the same flat iron for 6-7 years. It finally died and I bought this one. Really nice! Smaller. Easier to make sure it is on or off. Because of the convenient size, it can actually put a wave in my hair. Love it!!

First I watched a YouTube video on these then I read reviews. Everyone said it was good. Not true from my experience. When I set it to 10 it smelled like burning plastic and I hadn't even used them yet. From my understanding 10 is a low setting and 30 is the highest. You really have to squeeze the flat irons to get them to clamp together completely. When you squeeze hot uneven plates on your hair it snags the hair and you get breakage. Which is why I tested it on weave before I put it on my hair. There was definitely breakage. Last but not least it's a number dial from 1 to 30. The directions didn't say which number was what temperature. I don't know about anyone else but the smell of burnt plastic, snagging and a mystery temperature. Is enough to make me return these things. O and my hair texture is a 4a I also tested on a 2b wasn't good for both textures!

Super sleek look totally achieveable. Heats up quickly. No need to go over each section more than once ! Works great on coarse hair!

This is One Awesome hair tool, however, it is NOT for beginners. It heats up in just a few seconds, and believe me when I tell you, this baby gets HOT!!! 30 Heat settings means start low, and work you way hotter, rather than start at 30, and fry the hair off your head! I would definitely recommend this to seasoned stylists, and long-time curling iron affecionados!

For the price it is a good product. For a silky smooth look, you will have stroke the hair at least twice with the flat iron.
