I have owned this model and the cheaper conair "professional". I liked the other model but it is worth the $25 to get this one! And here is why: 1) this one is a true replacement for an iron 2) it heats up quicker and pushes out WAY MORE steam 3) it sits upright on a counter, the other model lays flat on its side 4) does not get air clogged in the lines requiring you to prime it like the "pro" model (search YouTube for that fix) 5) see pics. Before and after on a pair of shorts after only 30 seconds. They looked even better after another minute or two but wanted to show a quick "turbo" steam result

This unit is great because the moment you plug in there is a ready button that lights up instantly. Then you press a button to release the steam option that alone saves steam burns. The steam flow is fine and hot. When you need to pause and turn your fabric, there is a pause button that stops heat that option saves water. Instantly removes tough wrinkles in seconds! It does not spit out water like some other models. Also a big plus is its a handheld one so it can be stored in a small spot anywhere. Great for travel. Only thing I wish it had is a docking station you can hang on a wall when not in use. I will never go back to the bulky floor models. You can feel quality craftsmanship. I love the metal part in front where steam is. I know that alone speaks quality. Another feature is the water reservoir looked small but lasts and lasts! Perfect for baby to adult size clothes. Additional attachments included for furniture+ are great too.

Lost stand-style steamer in move and did not want to replace with one so bulky. This one is a great replacement and so much more handy. Steamed creases out of curtains, great on clothing. Heats up amazingly fast.

I love this steamer. It heats up very quickly! I use it to take the wrinkles out of t-shirts and dress shirts all the time. It's so much faster than an iron. It's also easy to take on trips!

I bought this product to clean my furniture after a bed beg outbreak in my complex. As for clothes, I think it is good for lightly wrinkled items. I mean I haven't used my iron since but I am also a student LOL.

If you are tired of ironing and ironing boards (or if you just don't have room to put those items) definitely get this steamer. I purchased it and used it right away. It is amazing, it gets the wrinkles out wonderfully in all fabrics. The water (use distilled) in the tank doesn't last for a long amount of time (15minutes) and it is a little heavy, yet still worth the investment.

I like this product very much. It quickly gets the wrinkles out of my clothes. I was expecting a little more power with the turbo steam. It was a little disappointing but nonetheless it gets the job done. I also thought the water chamber could be larger. I have to refill it after one item. I do love the stand, it prevents me from burning myself.

I had a stationary unit I purchased from BB but lasted a little less than 2 years and went bad. The tank would junk up with nastiness, unsure why. It was a greta unit until it stopped working. This little unit is great and portable and better than the stationary one I had.

The steamer works well, though I recommend the turbo setting to get wrinkles out. It heats up quickly, uses only distilled water, and cord is long enough for ease of use. It is a bulky item, so it's not convenient for travel use, but it's just fine for home use.

Easy to fill, hold, and use. Works fast. Much easier than ironing. Works well with both delicate and heavy duty items. Found that Turbo button works well even on more delicate items. Doesn't take up much room to store it.

Ir work great, remove wrinkles fast (specially hard wrinkles like when you take a long sleeve shirt out of the package). It heat quickly and steam fast, definetively better than expected.

The steamer is pretty easy to use and works pretty well on light wrinkles. Would not replace an iron

I rated this item 4 stars because when I opened it the steamer seemed used even though I bought it brand new. I didn't return it because it worked pretty well and had the need for it. First of all, I advise that anyone be careful when using this item since it can get extremely hot fairly quick. It works great on thin dress shirts and can pretty much remove wrinkles right away.

Had large standing unit and this work better and defiantly easiler to store.
