I bought this for my husband that has never flown a drone before and he loved it. Very easy to fly and understand. An the added battery so you can be using one and charging one is great begins that fly time for one battery is about 18mins. An the remote having a screen made in it was the cherry on top bc in the past trying to use the phone with the remote never worked out right.

I was expecting this done to be a little heavier than what was not really clearly advertised, which impacts how it flies during slight wind conditions. This drone is ok for a beginner pilot, and can be used to practice basic flying maneuvers. The control monitor screen quality is ok, however you can use the app on your mobile device inorder to make it better. The camera resolution is fair as compared to a higher quality and more expensive UAS.

The product has some promise but it's not near as reliable as others. The thing would pick up random signals from somewhere other than the remote and dart, dip, dive and crash out of nowhere. After 3 or 4 tries and the drone constantly deciding to crash itself, the drone video quit connecting with the remote. I just needed a cheap one to fly straight up and get before/after pics of jobs and this thing couldn't even do that. The company's higher end models might be better, but i would skip this one for sure. Lesson learned.

Asked a question ! Never got a response back ! As I been discovering all features myself with instructions!!! One battery has a rubber attachment on it the second one don’t !!! All good with delivery!!!!

The customer support is super fast! I ran into some issues at first, but they were quickly resolved. The GPS works best in open outdoor spaces, and I think it’s fantastic, just press a button and it automatically brings the drone back if I lose track of the direction or forget the time. Perfect for beginners! The 4.3-inch screen is definitely a highlight and the perfect size for me.
