    Defective

    Worked great until it wouldn't connect to the internet. Tried contacting seller on best buy several times no response. Received on dec 4th 2025. It is now jan 18th lasted less then a month working.

    Waste of money

    Doesnt hold a charge and it gets too hot for my grandbaby to hold while playing her tv shows. I like the rubber case but i just dont recommend this product . Save for a better tablet.

    Ok not bad not great.

    Slow but with patience you can Ms. Rachel up on youtube. Drop your resolution and your good. A refurb fire tablet is probably a better choice.

    great product for the cost

    The tablet is great for my 18 month old. He takes it everywhere. It is very kid friendly. The shockproof is wonderful as the tablet has been dropped several times and still works perfectly. Definitely worth the money.
