I bought this to make some gardening videos for You Tube, the product locks up regularly, when you do a edit of the video it adds so much noise to the finished product you can barely watch it, The options for background if you are using any type of green screen are limited, the only plus I can really say is it is easy to use.

Does everything I need just fine. I have not even upgraded yet because as I said it does what I need it to do. I could some user interface improvements.

Crashes, Crashes, and more Crashes!!!

I bought this product on 3/24. I began using on 3/25, by 3/26 I was ready to return it only to discover I can only return it for the SAME item! :( I continually crashes! I tried to add 3 videos to Youtube only one uploaded. One other said "invalid file format" which is nuts because it is the SAME file format as the first!! The third one did not give me any error but it disappeared and is NOT on Youtube! Then there is the adding of the video files. I added my videos to the program time line as you would expect. Pressed play to see how it would look and sound and the first several seconds were cut off. I am used to using Cyberlink PowerDirector - its not perfect either but at least I can use it without being nervous. I bought Corel VideoStudio because the cost of $49.99 caught my eye. I wish I had not purchased this product.

Maybe it's me. The product seems a little over complicated. I can't get it to do anything. I installed the whole suite, but it turnes out it's comprised of several stand alone programs, instead of one product. You have to go to the desktop and open each product separately. Not a fan. At least I got it for 50% off.
