This item was returned********. This easily makes Cable management alot easier and better for the psu in use. I would recommend that you verify that you have correct cable for you 30 or 40 series gpu . My strix 4090 requiered a 90 degree pcie cable becauee i have it in MITX case for fitment . I had did pruchase that from the corsair website . Pay attention to orrientetion for the corrent purchaee of cable.

I recently was finally able to get a hold of an Nvidia RTX 3090 FE card. While I love many aspects of the card, I am not a fan of the power connection they decided to go with. It is unfortunate they decided to go with a proprietary connection on the card! The card does include the needed adapter that splits from the 12 pin connection on the card and into 2 8 pin connectors that will connect to your power supply cables. For someone with a very clean computer build and a glass side panel to see into the computer, this option was ugly. I am fortunate to be using a Corsair power supply and stumbled upon this cable. I immediately ordered it (much cheaper at Best Buy than other retailers I checked) and installed it once I received it. It is such a better solution! My previous cables required two separate cables coming out of the power supply. Unfortunately, the cables for my power supply split into two separate 8 pin connectors at the end. This meant the 8 pin connector not in use had to be routed. This combined with the required adapter made me cringe looking into my PC. With this cable, I now only have one cable that comes from the RTX3090 and runs down to my power supply. So far, the cable has been a much better solution.

This cleans up my 3090 rig and I will get one for my 3080 also when I put it in my man rig as my secondary card. Thank you Corsair. I had a different brand of PSU that was also high end but you can’t beat being able to buy a high-quality cable coming directly from a high-quality manufacturer of the same brand of PSU. You can feel safe from fires starting from the cable. It also lets me have the extra PCI-e type 4 cables if I ever want to have extra on a different build since the power supply only comes with 3 pcie cables and you get 1 extra 6 pin slot on the rm1000x psu if you only use 2 of the 6 pin for the cpu.

If your the kind of person that is willing to pay a little extra to improve the aesthetics in your build, this is a great solution to the 12-pin y-cable on the 30 series FEs. This drastically removed the clutter in my build and lets the custom loop draw the attention instead of bulky cables. Just make sure you are using a compatible Corsair PSU. Mixing brands of cables and PSUs can be dangerous, so do your homework before buying. I’d give it 5 stars but it just feels a little ridiculous paying this much for a cable.

If you got a Founders Edition card from Nvidia and dont want to use the terribly designed adapter cable that comes with the 3080, 3080 Ti and the 3090 then get this cable. Well made plenty long for just about any setup and works great!

This was a very expensive cable but it allowed me to really clean up my 3090 FE cable management. I have the Corsair RMx 850 PSU. See the before-and-after pic!

If you have a 30 series FE GPU with a case you want to look at, worth buying for a cleaner build!

Love Corsair. Very thankful that Corsair released this. Was sold out for a while, but worth the wait. Looks great.

Keeps the PC build looking clean. Works really well for corsair power supplies that have RM/RMi/RMx models!

If you're looking for a way to clean up your FE card's wiring, this is it!

It takes away two pcie cables and makes this a simple cable that can plug into two pcie slots in your RM850x. If you want less clutter, then I guess you can buy this. This is plugged into my 3080ti fe.

Makes my build look a lot cleaner than it did with the normal GPU power cable.

Does its job. Makes the build look clean. All PSU companies need this!

Visually, this cable looks so much better than the stupid dongle Nvidia provides and replaces 2 modular 8 pin cables so it frees up a lot of room in that regard as well. Highly recommended.

Get it if you have a 30 series FE card. Looks great with my 3090 and much more sleek than the included cable.

I've been upgrading my rig and wanted a clean, efficient, and durable solution for powering my new NVIDIA GPU. The CORSAIR 12-Pin GPU Power Cable (Sleeved - Black) exceeded expectations on every front. Build Quality: First off, the sleeving is top-notch. It feels sturdy without being overly rigid, and the black color blends in seamlessly with the rest of my components for a sleek, minimalist look. The cable is clearly made from high-quality materials and shows no signs of fraying or wear even after a few bends during installation. Performance: Functionally, it's flawless. It delivers clean and stable power to the GPU with no issues at all. I’m running a high-end 40-series card, and the connection is snug and secure with no looseness. I’ve seen no thermal or power anomalies since installing it. Aesthetics & Fit: This is where Corsair shines. The sleeving gives the cable a premium, custom look that really elevates the build. If you're using a Corsair PSU and want to avoid bulky adapters, this cable is a clean and elegant solution. The cable length is also just right for proper cable management in a mid-to-full tower case. Compatibility: It’s a perfect match for Corsair modular PSUs and plugs directly into the PSU side without any need for converters. Be sure to check compatibility (it works with Type 4 PSUs), but if you're in the Corsair ecosystem, it's essentially plug-and-play. Bottom Line: This cable is a must-have if you're running a modern GPU and want a clean look without sacrificing performance or reliability. It's a small investment that makes a big difference in both aesthetics and system stability. Highly recommended for anyone doing a custom build or a GPU upgrade.
