This is a absolute pleasure for those who want power and headspace! The guide was pretty easy to understand, especially for first time builders like myself! My specs show I would use around 900W at most but with future upgrades like getting a new GPU and or overclocking it would definitely spike up to the 1400W and even then that still leaves me with 100W of headroom! The PSU comes with all the necessary cables you need so you won't have to worry at all if you feel like you’re missing something. I would classify this as a high end PSU so the chamces of you needed an extra CPU power cable is slim to none!

After installing the Corsair HX1500i, one of the first things I noticed was how stable and premium everything felt. Installation was straightforward thanks to the fully modular design, and cable management ended up being much cleaner than with my previous PSU. It feels like a high-quality component built for long-term use, especially if you are running high-end hardware or planning future upgrades. One thing that stood out to me was how quiet this PSU is. Even during heavier workloads, it stays surprisingly silent and never becomes distracting. Power delivery has been solid so far with no instability, and having plenty of wattage headroom gives peace of mind for more demanding components down the line. Overall, it feels like a “buy once and keep for years” kind of upgrade.

If you are building something serious, with high power components, don’t skimp on the psu. This is a really good psu, currently running it in an open chassis AI rig powering threadripper and 4 350W GPU’s (power limited to 250). The metrics being exposed via USB, and readable by lm-sensors in Linux is a huge plus.

Works as intended. Powers the RTX 5090 and Ryzen 9 9950X with "Ultra Low-Noise" and good efficiency. My PC will randomly restart without notice a few minutes after turning on. However, not sure if this is a PSU issue since it only started to occur once switching my OS.

Ultimate power supply. ICue monitoring is great - show you how much power it is consuming from the mains supply vs the board consumption. Good efficiency.

I have a demanding build with plans for an upgraded gpu for 3 additional monitors and this pick should give me room to spare. Great product.

Easy to install with ample cordage included. The fan is very quiet. This PSU is just what I needed to finish my build!

rectangle shape is kind of annoying to work with since there is less space

Works perfectly with my new pc upgrade build and 5080. Initially, I was puzzled about why it costs $349 instead of $399 like Corsair sells it, but honestly, I'm fine with it.
