Q: Does it come with thermal paste?
A: It comes with Thermal paste already applied to the plate.
Q: I'm assuming this would fit in a NZXT H510 Elite case I just ordered, can someone confirm?
A: I would think yes, the dimensions on the NZXT website for the case state that for a front mount, you can use 2 x 140mm or 2 x 120mm. This is a 280mm radiatior which uses 2 140mm fans. I wouldn't think that there would be a problem, and just to check my sanity, pcpartpicker shows no compatibility issues with this cooler and your case.

Q: is this cooler compatible with a intel i7-9700k?
A: Yes it is, I bought it for my custom build and currently have it running on a i7-9700k it keeps it very cool, the fans are quiet and the overall build looks great. Would definitely recommend this cooler, just make sure you have the room for it.
