Replaced a EVGA 450w power supply that came with the pc in order to upgrade the graphics card to an 3060Ti. Easy install. Plenty of cables to re-power the gaming pc (2 hard drives, motherboard, cpu, graphics card, fans, etc). Still had 5 cables left once complete. Being fully modular I only had to tuck the wires I used. Runs great.

Upgraded to this from my old unbranded 700W that came in my prebuilt years ago. Value is great for this 850W. The box came in with all the connections you will need PLUS more if you have multiple hardware. Unlike my old PSU, this PSU is fully modular which is amazing, not needing all those extra cables hanging or just taking space. You won't be able to mess up the connections even if your tried because these cables are also labelled to clearly let you know where they go. Fan is quiet when idle and while under load. Great PSU, powers my i9-9900k and RTX 4070 completely fine. Great quality and warranty is unbeatable from CORSAIR. Lots of power and I know this PSU will last for many many years to come and it should still be able to hold up for future upgrades. Never cheap out on your PSU, quality PSU at a great price

Great power supply! My 10 year old box was having random issues where it would just reboot itself without warning, especially if I was watching anything video related. I was chasing the video card and memory as possible culprits, but one setting in the BIOS led me to consider the power supply - the 12v channel was reading like 11.2 volts... Having a heavy car background, I know that 12v systems don't really like 11 volts haha! So opted to get a new power supply. I like this one because it's fully modular so you only install the cables you need - no mess of unused cables to figure out what to do with in your case. And being a photographer, I have a bunch of drives so needed enough plugs and enough power for everything. This one fit the bill and installed easily. And ya know what? PC hasn't rebooted itself ONCE in the past 2 months - and it runs 24x7. RECOMMENDED!

Absolutely reliable! I have had some bad power supplies as my electrical feed to my home is not very good. We have a lot of fluctuations and for some reason it kills power supplies. I started using Corsair power supplies exclusively for my computer builds and they always work without compromise. I prefer the gold build units from 750 to 850 in size which is pretty much all that I need for modern gaming systems. What i lobe about them is the great number of cables that come with the PS which always means that I have cables for any type of build. They are first rate and easily handle the load without heating up or failing. Quality components make a real difference and you will never be sorry with Corsair products from a quality point of view.

Swapped this out from my old prebuilt PSU after I upgraded my GPU to a 3070ti and installation was very easy. The modularity is fantastic if you want to upgrade your PC down the road. Everything in the package was labeled very well and the cords that come with it are very high quality ( as the Corsair cords usually are) I will be upgrading my PC to a ryzen 7 7700x and eventually the RTX 50 series and this PSU should last until I need more wattage.

Silent, powerful, good and strong external cables, ideal choice for my build

This PSU is more than enough to power my PC (Ryzen 7 5800x, RTX 3080), with enough left over for future upgrades. It was easy to install into my Corsair 4000D case, especially since it's modular. I only had to connect the wires I needed, leaving room for cable management.

Installation was incredibly easy and it is performing well. It is whisper quiet compared to my stock case PSU. Easily handles 3060Ti and i7-11700F with 32GB RAM and 4 SSD with plenty of power left over. The cables are not the most aesthetically pleasing but they are way better than the ketchup and mustard cables.

Does what it’s suppose to. Quiet fan, modularity is nice, and came with all the cords I needed.

Upgraded from 500W to 850W to give my new 4070 Super some extra POWER. Very easy to install, thinking i should have went with the 1000W if I continue to upgrade.

High Quality PSU. Was worried because the first 2 low rating reviews here. However, the industry reviews on the internet are all quite solid. Went with it anyway and it turns out to be a great one! It is also quiet. The new fan is still quiet and much more durable. Worth it!

Tier A quality without paying an arm and a leg. Super easy to install and comes with plenty of the cables you will need. I'm running a pretty old system currently but will be upgrading soon and this will do the job for both systems. Cable management is MUCH easier than my old PSU since you can plug in only the cables that you need and this thing is also super quiet. I have only had it a week so we will see how long it will last but I have high confidence.

Super quiet, even when changing the fan speeds. Just the right amount of power, and the included cables felt very high quality.

Fully modular and worked great cables are decent but may want to look for sleeved cables depending on build. I opted to change out corsairs pigtail 8pins for 2 CableMod 8pin sleeved. Included cables are plenty long enough to reach everywhere. This was put in a lian li mesh 2 case, i7 10th gen and a 3070ti

Awesome little psu. Got this the day my seasonic died. I wss only going to use it for a emergency because the 1000 watt wasnt in stock local. Put this in and pc fired up. Git the 1000 later and kept this one along with getting corsair sleeved cables for it

With it being Modular I didn't know what to expect, but it slipped in seamlessly to my computer case and hasn't led me astray months after the fact. Perfect if you ask me!
