A: Mainly the RMx uses high quality parts, more specifically on the capacitors. You always want to have great capacitors for high-gaming or else those can go POP! And have a dead PSU with a rare chance of taking a component with it.
Q: How many PCIe cables come with this PSU?
A: The RM850X marked with model: CP-9020200-NA (SKU: 6459244) has two PCI-E cables with a total of four 6+2 pin PCI-E connectors. The RM850X marked with CP-9020180-NA (SKU: 6229601) has three cables with a total of six 6+2 pin PCI-E connectors
Q: Power supply fan is not spinning ?
A: According to Corsair's web site, at low and medium loads the cooling fan switches off, turns on at high loads.
