Q: How comfortable is it. From a scale 1-10 as 1 being stiff and thin and 10 being super soft.
A: 3-4 had to take break from sitting b.c my butt would hurt. Some would say I'm butt hurt over this purchase
Q: Do the arms have any adjustments that can be made? Are they 4D by any chance?
A: The arm rests are 4D, you can slide them forward/backward, vertically up/down, laterally left/right, and they can rotate CW/CCW.

Q: Does this chair come with any pillows?
A: It comes with a Lumbar Pillow (colored black) that fits and sticks into place, and a bone-shaped neck pillow (also black) that uses an elastic strap that you have to run through the holes at the top of the chair that connect together with a clip. Also, you can take the outer fabric of the pillows and chair itself off and wash them if they're starting to smell or you've spilled something on them
