The chair came without any issues, build quality was above average and the assembly was fairly easy.

[Employee of bestbuy] This chair is really solid for a gaming chair at this price, but I did return it and i have a few complaints personally the neck pillow is not the best quality but gets the job done with supporting your neck. Also the recline feature the main reason I returned it would not lock into place and would slide all the way back whenever I would try to adjust it to my liking (it could be that I got a lemon). Other than that I think this chair is pretty good.

It's good and comfortable but one thing bad is when building it the bolt don't want to fit in which makes the bolt only been screwed halfway

Chair is super solid, comfy, and looks amazing. Instructions are online not in the box.

I gave this gaming chair as a gift and it was great, comfortable, sturdy, and really good quality. They loved it!

Had for a few months and I absolutely love my chair I Use it everyday and have fallen asleep in it but it’s also comfortable for gaming

I like the chair is very easy to put together give it a try

easy to assemble, wide and comfortable, rocks slightly

Very great chair easy to put together love to steam with this chair

I love this chair got it for me room here in the studio part.

The chair is amazing the black looks so good great quality

The chair is decent however the build quality of the arm rests is terrible. With that in mind, Bestbuy only helps you if it fails within 2 weeks which is extremely poor customer service. I recently moved and so was busy and didn't assemble the chair asap. When I did, the arm rest was broken. I contacted Bestbuy multiple times yet they refused to help because the 2 weeks have passed 2 days ago. I still think its a good chair with decent value however you need to make sure the arm rests are good as soon as you can or you will face what im currently facing with Bestbuy.

For the price it is an excellent purchase. Very good

It’s pretty good for the price I expected better though

Decent for the price. However, the lumbar pillow is constantly sliding down too low, and the leg bolsters do nothing but put uncomfortable pressure on your IT bands. Not sure what they were thinking there.

Padding for the seat is terrible, arm rests useless. Already need to look for another chair just after 5 months or so with it. I thought being a well known brand they would know better then to skip out on the padding specifically for heavy gamers. Dont recommend

Comfortable, and sturdy, but after few hours it does hurt the tailbone alil would recommend a lil extra lumber support other than that great product

I have thought 10+ different chairs over the years and this is easily the most sturdy, comfortable, and sleek chair I’ve had. It’s easy to assemble and it is comfortable for long gaming hours. The lumbar pillow sits in a perfect position and you can adjust to your liking

Really enjoy this chair! It doesn’t have tons of fancy features but is comfortable for gaming purposes and only $250. The only thing I don’t really like are the armrests, other than that the chair is well built.
