Customer Ratings & Reviews

Amazing pre built gaming PC. stellar quality with stellar components. The ICUE lighting is very customizable and the case is perfect for upgrading, That is actually why I bought it is for its upgradability. I am very pleased.

Amazing PC in every way Very Customizable and the Icue RGB lights are crazy fun! Im loving every min im gaming as it has no lag and packs a punch when in high demand I have tested it to its max and Im happy to say its no doubt a Piece of Art.

System is exactly as it reads. Going on a few weeks and have encountered no problems with operation. Only wish there was a manual for the vengeance to list the parts for its unit.

Great PC and a good option for pre-built. Very fast and easy to set up for someone with only a modest amount of computer knowledge. Will say that the box was beat up a bit during shipment to the store but the packaging inside was solid so there was no damage to the equipment.

Computer is incredible so far. I’m a bit worried about all these intel problems going on so hoping for a fix there, but for me so far, I’m absolutely in love with this PC. They did send me the wrong pc originally (they sent the 2023 model where the skew number ends in 10-NA and I ordered the 2024 model ending in 12-NA) but Best Buy exchanged the order, paid to expedite it and it was only 1 day late. Hoping my experience stays the way it is and I continue to love this PC for years to come.

Extremely solid pre-build, this iCue link desktop comes with all the bells and whistles.. with the price tag to match. The description is actually incorrect as the pc comes with 64GB DDR5 Ram, this one in particular being 6000 mHz. The answer to what everyone wants to know, my build came with the MSI Gaming Trio 4090. With this set-up it pushes over 160 fps on 4K ultra settings in Warzone.

system failed to boot after three days.. corsair support team helped and told me the replacement is the best option instead of making me run ehre and there...

Extremely satisfied with this purchase. The computer arrived on time with no damages. It runs extremely quiet and packs a punch with power. If there was one drawback to this purchase would be you have to have room for the case. It is not a small case besides that it’s an excellent gaming computer! I would highly recommend buying this gaming computer.

This PC is more than what I needed for work and it future proofed me for a couple of years. And it looks cool! Did I mention it looks cool? It DOES look cool!

Insanely fast, flawless gaming beast—worth every $!

i purchased this computer with a 4090 video card, what i got was a 4080 super video card which is $1000.00 less but was charged for a 4090 video card, shame on corsair and BB for trying to pull a fast one over me.....chek what u get!!!....will be returning this for a credit and may report this to the better business bureau for blatant fraud!!!

Works great has everything I need for gaming and I love the way I can change the lighting at night

This is simply a monster!!!! Effortlessly races through everything you can throw at it… 5 Stars

No complaints, arrived great shape. Runs great and pretty quiet most of the time with what I use it for.

Is amazing PC I had .. The best i had .. Is power full ..

I wouldn't recommend this prebuilt desktop. It was dead on arrival. For a pre built PC at $4,599.99 you would think things would run smooth. I am bringing it in for repair, hopefully they can find a fix or give me my money back.

Wrong item sent, best buy refuses to make it right

BUYER BEWARE. Corsair doesn’t advertise the following: they use a cheap OEM motherboard that you cannot upgrade the bios on. There is a massive amounts of threads and forums talking about how criminal this is. With these 14th gen intel chips, these computers are dropping like flies. Seriously Google “corsair cannot update bios Reddit.” there are hundreds of ppl that cannot get the proper the updates for their system to work right and not self implode. It’s absolutely criminal. No wonder the company’s stock is tanking. On top of all that, corsair just started a mega thread literally today talking about their massive disaster with their ICUE system too. You would be a fool to spend your money on this. Time bomb of a computer with awful customer support that acknowledges their screwups but takes zero action to fix them in a timely manner.

Less than 5 months the pc is blue screen crashing just trying to watch YouTube. Can’t open certain games the games it does open it will crash within 5 minutes already brought back for repairs once got it back the same exact issues within the first couple hours of using the pc. I am beyond upset after spending close to 5000$. I do not recommend this pc wish I could go back in time and not buy this item. Hopefully when it comes back for the second time it will actually be working.

Broke my monitor broke my chair and it isbloud it woke up my parents and now im grounded. How dare you guys give your customers such a bad item. Scram away
