Q: Meals turn out to be fried or boiled or baked?
A: The "majority" of foods cooked in this air fryer come out just like foods that are deep fried but without all the grease. That said, be aware some foods that are traditionally "deep fried" in a vat of oil cannot be replicated in an air fryer... donuts are a perfect example. However, egg rolls, french fries, tacos, etc come out very crisp and crunchy in an air fryer. There are tons of videos online showing how successfully they can replicate fried foods.
A: This model air fryer is the CS358-AF. The recalled models are no longer available for sale. Please check our recall website for more details.
Q: Is this part of the recalled products from Cosori?
A: The Cosori recall from early 2023 is old news. All inventory from all "authorized" retailers has been pulled from the shelves and with sent back to Cosori or destroyed. You can no longer buy any of the affected units from any authorized retailer. BestBuy would never put themselves in a position to sell recalled products with a known fire hazard.
