I bought 3 of these for my grandsons and a 6v for the youngest. As I was reviewing the build instructions, ON PAGE 13, it states to not use it on the lawn! It is advertised as an ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE! I notified Costway as directed to ship them back. They offered $20 off. If I wanted to return them, I would be charged. I called Best Buy customer service. They were fantastic. I received the shipping labels and a full refund.
