I have a master bedroom in the basement and it keeps it nice and cool , there's nothing to dislike i always wanted one but with enough BTU so we're very happy

I have been using this 17,000 BTU Costway air conditioning system with Wi-Fi and Alexa compatibility and honestly it is one of the best investments to keep my home comfortable all year round. From the first day I noticed that it cools and heats large spaces of up to 1250 ft² efficiently and quickly. Inverter technology with R32 refrigerant makes the equipment not only powerful, but also energy efficient and quiet — even in cooling mode.

We have a property along the river. When the summer sun is shining down, it can get really warm in our house. We had 3 AC units working each day. We bought the split AC and it has been very helpful at cooling the whole first floor even with the oven on. It has done a great job! We even got it on sale!!

I will never buy something from Best Buy online ever again. I absolutely know I should have made sure this product was going to match all the electrical stuff I had before purchasing, but I didn’t. It got shipped. My a/c guy came over and realized it wasn’t going to work without switching a bunch of electrical stuff. So I had to email the company and ask to return it. I did this all within 3 days of arrival. It’s been over a month and the unit is still in the box in the garage. Worst return experience I’ve ever had with any store ever. Don’t waste your money unless you know it’s exactly what you can use. M
