I purchased it on wed evening and it arrived Friday by noon. Installation is not difficult although i got a response to a question after the unit was already installed( condensate drain hose can be relocatcan be relocated to the opposite end) but only before charging the system with refrigerant. It works great......it would be nice if they're were buttons on the inside unit to be able to control it if something happens to the remote. I also wish there were accessories available...... outside unit condensate drain heater to prevent ice during extreme weather and option to add adapter to make it a smart ac.
