This thing is small so it doesnt take up space lile the big bulky expensive ones. Youre literally getting what you paid for here. I will say if you're a man with wide shoulder and use a smart watch you will hit your watch from time to time. I love the app with the bluetooth so that i can listen to my tunes❤️, hige plus. The material this is made from is not the strongest but it holds up good for the price and does exactly what you need. Walking daily has brought down my blood pressure so i cant be more happy with this purchase. I don't lile commercial gyms because they're too packed too many germs and pervs is i may be blunt. Everything on this treadmill works exactly as advertised so if youre like me you'll lool at reviews before you make purchases and i found exactly what i needed for my health and family's health. I can no longer scroll back up to edit but the speakers get decently loud and assembly was a breezea

Easy to set up and easy to use it My whole family love and enjoy it

I had a very bad experience with shopping from this company. For some reasons, I bought one treadmill and was charged for 2 and when trying to return one, its a disaster. Noone wants to accommodate the return process. So I am stuck with two very inferior big treadmill in my garage. I will never do business through best buy market place or cast away company again.

Should have had Bluetooth and not mp3 for the price.

So far, we’ve had a good experience. The only thing I would like to highlight is how heavy it is, which makes it difficult to relocate or move around the house.

This item came very fast and in great condition. Been using it for around a year and it has met our needs. Very happy with this item.

Unfortunately my treadmill did not work when I received it . Best Buy was able to have UPS pick it up from my home to return it . Been 15 days still waiting on refund.Best buy has been helpful as for the treadmill company they were impossible to get a hold of they only communicate through chat and the conversation is very limited. Will not be purchasing any more cost way items .

Bought back in September. Worst purchase ever!!!! Weather has been great so I havent used much. I went to use today and it binds and hesitates. Its not smooth. Do NOT run on this! Bluetooth only works with Ipad! Not worth it! If you want exercise, run away from this!!!!

I brought home got out of box it was so flemsy and cheap then i started it up it was so loud sounded like it was going to blow a breaker every step i only weight 200 in good shape.. it was inferior

Does not start up. Contacted company. Sent video on what to check...still does not work...returning to BB

The explanations are not clear in the manual, and they do not have service in Spanish when you call customer service.

DO NOT BUY , it’s a piece of garbage. Bought one and it broke down in less then 1 month . Even though I bought insurance for it , there giving me the run around.
