Don’t waste your money. Poorly built: the pillows are hard and do not stay at all. The couch itself is heavily scratched and poke your skin! The pillows are very slippery. The storage table tucked under the couch is a good idea but the storage table doesn’t close properly. Quality is poor and I can see it breaking in no time. The worst part is dealing with customer service at Best Buy who offered to come and disassemble the item (due to a defect) and return the item for me, but no communication at all and of course nobody showed up to disassemble. I called several times and chatted with a total of 8 agents. None of them are helpful and they told me the bring it to the store myself!

I purchased this loveseat from Best Buy a little over a year ago. At first, it looked like a good-quality product, but after less than a year of very light use (only once or twice a week), the mesh material on the back started falling apart. It's tearing, unraveling, and clearly wasn't built to last. For the price, I expected much better quality. My disappointment isn't just with the manufacturer—it's also with Best Buy. I understand the 60-day return policy, but this wasn't a problem that showed up within 60 days. This is a product quality issue that became apparent after normal use over time. When I contacted Best Buy, they simply told me it was outside the return window and offered no real assistance other than giving me the manufacturer's phone number. I believe retailers should stand behind the products they sell, especially when a product fails prematurely due to poor quality. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
