    Are you kiding ME!

    These pellets prafform they smoke whatever it is you are cooking, chicken, pork or beef. But no better then a pellet that costs half the price, ues they work fine just not at twice the price of other pellets on the market. I smoked a porkbutt for Pulled Pork and no one comment that it was any better than previous ones.
