I received the mat and the timely manner. However, I specifically looked at the description to make sure the mat included a power cord. The mat came without a power cord. I was exasperated I reached out to seller who offered to give me money towards another mat that included the power cord. I feel it was false advertising because the power cord is described in the description however it is not included. Makes no sense to me. The seller was responsive to a refund and the refund has been issued. The website description of the mat needs to clearly state the power cord is not included to make it very clear to anyone looking to purchase

I can't review how well this works because it comes with no power cord, despite the description touting a 9.5 ft GFCI cord. That makes for a very expensive rubber mat. Costway offered me a discount instead of a power cord. I returned the the two mats I purchased. At least the return was easy.
