The units arrived quickly and I was able to install them myself. The instructions and packaging are definitely a translation but were easy enough to parse through. You do need some special tools to install, specifically a vacuum pump to empty the lines that you install. It is also helpful to have a torque wrench to ensure you properly tighten all the fittings if you're not used to doing so. Once on, the units are incredibly quiet and quickly cooled the space I put them in. Two of the indoor units came with a controller that only operates in Celsius, though. I didn't notice that in the product information, so I thought I'd share it here. Not a deal breaker for me, but it was strange that one controller had the options to switch and two didn't. I can't comment on longevity yet, but if that becomes relevant, I will update my review.
