I'm very pleased with my new chair. I ordered it online and it was delivered free! Easy to put together and was exactly what I needed, the lumbar support had been a life save! Adjustable height is maybe my favorite!

Chair is great, just as the description states and it is great ergonomically. The back has a slight curve which is technically lumbar support.

Can't return at the store.

Be very careful about purchasing this chair. If you don't like it you cannot return it to the Best Buy store and must pay $25 to return it. I mistakenly had to sent to me rather than the gift recipient and they would not take it back unless I paid the $25 for the shipping label.
