Furthermore, the removable and dishwasher safe cast iron grates, along with the easy-to-clean and heat resistant (1470℉) enamel interior simplifies daily maintenance.

This 30 inches gas range features 5 high-efficiency aluminum burners (4000 BTU, 6000 BTU, 8000 BTU, 9000 BTU, 18000 BTU), which are suitable for different kinds of pot. The burners with various outputs are controlled by professional knobs and will satisfy your varying needs of slow simmering or stir-frying.
Large & Functional Oven
The 4.55 cu.ft. large capacity oven has 7 different cooking modes. Besides, the 18500 BTU bake burner bakes food evenly and the 10000 BTU broil burner makes food crispy. So, you can customize your own cooking plan. However, the 2 burners in the oven cannot be used simultaneously because of the powerful convection fan.
Available in Dual Fuels
Apart from the natural gas, the freestanding range can also be operated with the liquefied gas. And there is an LP kit included for easy conversion. More importantly, certified by CSA, the 30-inch gas range is more reliable.
