This treadmill is much smaller than pictured, and the technology is limited…for example you increase speed by turning a knob. (There is an app that you can use which makes it a little better) overall it works for what it is intended. Also, it took weeks to arrive and when it did we were away for Thanksgiving, the delivery person just left it on our driveway.

This is honestly the worst treadmill I have ever owned. I bought it thinking it would be a convenient space-saver, but it has been an absolute headache to use. There are a few major design flaws you should know about before buying: Zero Handle Controls: There are absolutely no buttons on the side handles to increase or decrease your speed. If you want to change your pace, you have to break your stride completely. Flimsy Speed Dial: To adjust the speed, you have to use a cheap dial on the front console. The worst part? The dial pops off easily whenever you try to turn it up or down. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with mid-run. Terrible for Tall Users: If you are anywhere near my height (5'11"), this machine is way too short. The console and handles sit very low, forcing you to slouch or run uncomfortably. Save your money and look for something sturdier with actual buttons on the handles. This one is not worth the hassle.

My husband uses this treadmill. I haven't done so yet. He's used it daily for 27 days now, for a total of about 2-1/2 hrs, 3 miles and 8600 steps so not a gung-ho user. He says it does what he needs to get his heart back to pre-op shape. **** Putting it together **** my adult son and my husband assembled it in about 2 hours - mebbe 30 minutes once it was unpacked and instructions were read. They said it was heavy. It also needs a belt tracking adjustment now that it's broken in.

Good quality product that works as expected. The build feels solid, easy to use, and delivers reliable performance. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

I don’t recommend. It took a month for it to be delivered, we had it for 5 months but only used it for 2 months,it stopped working and we opened it and the belt broke off,we put a new belt and the treadmill acted weird with noises,the system acts very slow now. we’ve tried to repair it but we couldn’t. 0 Stars…

I opened the product and fixed it easily. But the belt quality is not that much great. As per my analysis, this belt has lower priority. The programs (p1-p20) information is not provided in the booklet. The options to change the speed and incline is not easy. I didn't see the warranty information. Can you please share the program details and warranty details. If the price is less, then it might be worth.

Heavy and sturdy. However the control knob not working after using it for a day. There is no incline option (manual or auto) as advertised.

Heavy treadmill and sturdy, came very well packaged. I bought it as a gift for my wife and she love it. Easy to assemble, I would recommend 100%( excellent costumer service.

Great for the winter months in Wisconsin. Well worth the money only $350 on Black Friday
