I bought this to upgrade from an older brand and model i had. No disappointments at all. It was easy to install & the lights can help set any mood. Being able to use the smart home app is a bonus! I love the fact I can start heating my room prior to going home. Great product! I’d definitely recommend to others.

The best purchase ever!! And it looks amazing in my room. And another amazing thing is that I don’t have to put my house heater on, I just turn the fireplace on in my room and we’re good.

Sadly it was too small--and, that's where the problems & expense came in. -why didn't we measure? --we did. What we didn't expect--it's not the 42"W, it's the 32/33"W WINDOW into the fireplace that threw-off the scale for us. Well, we couldn't return it to Best Buy, because Costway uses Best Buy like the products you buy off Amazon use Amazon. IE: we took it to Best Buy to return it--they said, No. What Costway doesn't know is that, this was delivered to our residence in Florida. -and, Costway (not Best Buy) dragged their feet--which made us have to Ship it to our home to Michigan to further pursue return. And, when I arrived in Michigan & opened my email--voila--a Paid Return Address to Costway awaited me--which we appreciated. I gave it 5-Stars because it seemed like a value; well-built, multiple settings--what we were looking for. Oh?! 1 thing we didn't like is, YOU have to place the Crystals as you like them. Which means; opening it up, placing the crystals, closing it up, turning it on--seeing if you like 'em--repeat--until you're happy with 'em. -we didn't bother trying to Do that--settling on too small of scale for our space as reason for return. Exactly what I needed. Easy to mount. Heats up our room perfectly, even on the lowest setting. Brings a cool vibe to the room

Had it installed today nov 14, and it does not work
