Best humidifier I have purchased so far ! It holds a lot and defiantly does its job !! It was a simple set up and within a day I noticed the difference in my home

Love this so quite and works great. Very happy with my purchases actually looking at getting another for basement.

This is working great! I love that it has a lot of functions, you can use it for all seasons. It also has an option to dry few clothes.

Arrived as promised in heavy corrugated box - easy to open and remove the unit. Controls are a bit different than what we've seen on past models - the extra range on humidity setting is nice. Emptying the tank - easy to remove, easy to dump, a bit of difficulty returning to the unit as the power cord tends to pop up and get in the way. Also the plastic handle can pop out when rotated - so be cautious. Otherwise it is quiet and operating as expected! Would be five stars except for these two design considerations.

My first dehumidifier and it works wonders, nice monotone noise level, lots of water to dump from the bucket, color changing light you can see from afar that indicates room humidity ranges, easy to carry with the built in handles, I’m happy with this purchase

Absolutely love, its calm and quiet. Truly has my basement smelling thousand times better. Wish came with a longer hose for the drain connect. Overall great dehumidifier!

The humidifier has kept our cellar house at about 60% since we bought it. Seems to be working just fine. However, I would have a longer drain hose than the too short of one that they supply with the appliance.

Does a great job getting rid of the moisture in my basement. Definitely a change in the air. Only gripe is getting the container out of the the unit. Wish they had a handle or a good way to grip it when pulling out.

This is an amazing product. I didn’t realize how much moisture was in my basement until after I started using this dehumidifier. It’s extremely quiet and works better than expected!!!

Performance wise it actually seems really good. Quiet and does a good job of dropping the humidity so far. The problems are the instructions are poor (some of the worst I have seen - come on people minimal effort required) and is it is for the basement where I don't go every day... I want it to drain. I NEED it to drain. Some of this is my own fault for not being 100% clear before hand but the "Drain Hose Connection" is not a standard hose. It came with about 2' of Corrugated hose of a unique size. Yes a mere 2' of an odd little hose in 2 sections. It would be fine if it was directly over the drain... The included instructions don't talk about connecting the hose either and the the drain itself is small. I did go and buy 10' of clear flexible hose which was perfect (Inner Diameter 3/8" works no clamp was needed) but the problem is the hose is so small the absolute slightest elevation causes it to back up and it fills the bucket instead of draining. I knew it would be a problem so I relaxed and straightened the hose before trying to use it and still had problems. Basically i unwound it and put slight pressure on both ends for a couple of days and it laid straight and flat. I have been messing with it and it seem it has to angle down the whole distance pretty much - no flat runs and even then over a week it is filling the bucket...

Does the job and safe to use. Only downside is the pipe length is too short for continuous drainage.

Works well to lowe humidity in my home that is plder ans needs new windows

I am very satisfied with this dehumidifier. I use it mainly in my bedroom & it extracts at least 1 gallon of water in 10 hours. Although I can't compare it to others, since this is the first one I've used, I will recommend & purchase it again when I decide to have 1 in every room.
