Won't stand upright, cam locks do not lock in
None of the cam locks hold tight and the bookshelf cannot stand upright. I've emailed the seller/manufacturer (Costway) and they just keep telling me to disassemble and reassemble, making me send multiple rounds of photos and videos of the process, even though the result is the same. It's a crappy product and infuriating support.
