I bought this mat to go under my treadmill. I have carpet and didnt want to ruin that so I placed this matt under treadmill and it keeps it in place, helps with leveling out the surface and keeps from placing marks in carpet. Would definitely recommend

Nice floor protector!

This floor protector pad is just what I was looking for. It is fairly thick and I needed one to put under my exercise bike. It stays in one place and protects the carpet in my bedroom. The size is just right.
