It works great It keeps the room at the temperature set The only thing that I had to modify was the exhaust pipe. The parts that was supplied was not big enough for my window

I think this is one of the best air conditioners I’ve purchased, it is a little loud, but it can cool a small room if your looking to stay fresh, it is portable and has multiple modes, only downside is, you do have to empty it when it fills up with water, and it is pretty loud.

It was hard to seal up the window with the panel it comes with. Needed to make our own adjustments. It definitely works well with cooling the room

It’s not a 100% perfect portable air conditioner, but it handles small spaces very well.

It cools the whole bedroom; it's an excellent purchase.

The product was delivered without the manual, remote control, and a few other gadgets required for it's installation. When I returned the product the female manager insisted that I brought back the box, and also told me to take the product with me when going for the box, that the store was not going to be responsible for anything that happens to the product while I was gone. She was uncompromising, rude, and recalcitrant. It took the intervention of another staff before I was allowed to leave without the product. I felt very disappointed and annoyed.

This product came defective. And i dodnt realize its sold through another company so returning process is a pain. Never again will I purchase online from here.
