If I could give this chair 6 stars I would. I have chronic back pain from a broken back and the massage function is a god send. The chair is comfortable and was easy to assemble. I did not care for the material but it wasn't anything a 10 dollar seat cover didn't fix. Amazing amazing amazing chair. Did I mention amazing?

I should start by mentioning that this chair did arrive a bit quicker than I was told which was of course very nice. The chair itself all around has satisfied me immensely. Its not as wide as I would have wished, but that isnt the fault of the product. However, considering that this chair is wider than most others I tried to find, I can say that it certainly provides more than enough space. The material of the chair feels quality. This especially feels the case considering the armrests are actually metal where other chairs I've had have been plastic. The chair, properly assembled, feels very sturdy. I am currently 320lbs and do not feel at risk of damaging this chair, which is a lot to say, as the reason I end up replacing many of my chairs is due to damage from increased wear due to my weight. The massage option on the chair is certainly a bonus and feels good on occasion, but it should be made clear to anyone that is considering this chair for the massage option that the highest setting is not very strong. It is less of a massage option and much closer to a vibrating option. It's spilt between upper back, lower back, and bottom seat with multiple different vibration patterns to fit your needs. Unfortunately, while this does sound great on paper, due to the fact that the "massagers" dont have very much strength, many of the patterns leave you wanting for more and tend to blend together. For example, the pattern thst moves up and down your back does not actually move up and down your back. It is just turning on the top vibrator and then decreasing its strength and then turning on the middle vibrator and so on to the lower one and back and forth. It feels less like movement and more like theyre are just turning them on and off. If the vibrators in the chair were stronger, then perhaps it could have felt different, but with the vibrators at full strength and constant output still leaving me wanting more, the massage option acts little more than a semi-convenient gimmick with every variable pattern just feeling like a bunch of ways to make me feel that leaving it on constantly is the only thing worth doing. It also does turn off on its own after a while, a safety feature I appreciate. The the only things on it that I dont believe match the quality of the chair are the wheels. When they are being assembled, the wheels seem great, but after sitting on it and trying to roll around, you realize the wheels arent good at all. I have hardwood floors and even with that and nothing to obstruct the rolling of the chair, the wheels seem to have some innate friction that keeps it from rolling without exerting a considerable amount of effort. I think if you purchase better wheels to install onto the chair, a fairly easy thing to do but does come at an additional cost, this flaw could be fixed. My final issue only comes with the angle at which the chair leans back. If you are looking for this chair to be comfortable while you work or game to avoid back pain, its a fantastic chair, but if you are looking to slouch and lean the chair back and get comfortable like that, this chair actually makes it difficult to do so. The shape of the chair highly promotes good posture, but the shallow angle at which it leans back, doesnt make it easy to stay leaned back. I had to completely loosen the spring before the chair allowed me to stay leaned back without effort. Even then, I had to sit with one of my legs crossed underneath me in order to shift my center of gravity far back enough to keep the chair from correcting itself. Anything less thsn that and leaning back in the chair actually takes considerable and constant effort. I have since adjusted the way I sit to better accommodate the way the chair operates, but if youre looking for something for lounging, I would recommend a different chair. All together, this chair meets my needs very well. Its sturdy. The materials are of higher quiality than I expected, and it keeps my posture good while I spend long hours at my desk. The wheels could be better, and the massage could be stronger. However, all around, this chair was an excellent choice and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a large chair for sitting long hours at your computer without destroying your back.

The chair is very comfortable, and moves around easily. It's easy to raise or lower the height. I've had three office chairs in the past, and this one is better than all of them. The massage feature is very relaxing.

This chair is so comfy for long term sitting, I don’t usually use the massage portion of it but my husband definitely enjoys. It’s great for thicker women even at a shorter height, it’s fantastic for my big and tall husband (6’1) and we put it at the same setting for max comfort!

We bought two of these chairs hoping to help my husbands and my back pain etc. this should have a warning about height because we basically just have one chair now and one massage chair. If you are under 6 ft I’d say find something else. Other than that it really is comfy!

Easy to assemble and I believe it will hold heavy weight as it advertises. DOES NOT RECLINE/ROCK.. I thought it did lean back at least like the photo shows but thats not the case..instead the seat tilts down if you push weight at the front of the cushion.. this is hurting my back and I have only been using it now for about 4 hours (i work from home)The "massage" is also just vibration.. I am thinking I will return it

Not crazy about this. It says it is for plus sized. I feel like it is tight and binds on the thighs. Alsi the cushioning is terrible. I do NOT recommend.
