Delivery was prompt, and the chair was surprisingly easy to assemble (a bit less than an hour). I use it for my home office. It offers good support and a great replacement for my beat-up 20 year old chair.

It IS a big and tall chair. I’m 5’8” and lowest setting on the chair, has my feet, barely flat on the ground. If I raise it up higher and sit with my back to the back of the chair, my feet are hovering. Cushioning is nice, but take some breaking in. the assembly was pretty simple for those with at least novice skills of DIY.

I’m a big guy, between work and gaming I spend a lot of time in my chair. I needed something that was not only comfortable but could survive me. This didn’t disappoint. I bought a second one.

The package arrived significantly damaged, with visible tears in the box. After assembly, I noticed small dents/marks on the chair, again unclear if they came from the packaging damage or occurred during setup. The chair itself look big and tall, and it feels comfortable as described. More importantly, the seat already feels soft/soggy on day one, which raises concerns about how well this chair hold up over time. Overall, the damaged packaging and initial quality concerns were disappointing. Expected better handling and quality control.

I was kind of iffy about buying this chair at first because of some of the reviews, but I an so glad I took the chance. I REALLY like this chair. One of the reviews was from someone who said they are 5"9" and their feet don't touch the floor. Well, I'm 5'10" and with the chair adjusted at mid-height, my feet sit flat on the floor. My son, who is 6'1" has no problem putting his feel on the floor either. The chair is SO comfortable. I am at my desk all day, up and down, pulling and filling orders, and I needed a good quality, sturdy, comfortable chair. This is the one. If you are considering this chair, I highly recommend giving it a try. I'm almost 100% positive you will be glad you did ("almost" because some people just can't be pleased with anything).

Im a bigger guy and i can say this chair is extremely comfortable. I wanted a good chair for gaming, however most gaming chairs are not fat people friendly. I came across this chair and gave it a shot and i am most certainly glad i did. Its a great quality chair. The assembly was kind of annoying i recommended having a person with you to help install it.

1st of all who is sitting in this chair, Andre the giant??!!! On the lowest level my feet are dangling. I feel like a little kid sitting in my Fathers chair. If you are under 6 ft keep looking…this is not your dream chair. The location of the back piece is in such a weird spot and is so uncomfortable. I’m only writing this to make sure people fully understand how important it is to measure for height. I thought on the lowest it would be okay…NOT so much.

Great chair. Roomy, comfortable. Got it for a really good price. Don't know what else to say. For anyone who spends a lot of time at desk or whatever, very comfortable.

great chair, easy to put together. would recommend

Really well built and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Comfortable chair. Materials seem to be pretty high quality. Doesn’t recline, but who really needs that in a chair made for a desk.

The chair is pretty comfortable and has been pretty solid for a big guy. Normally chair break after a few months this one has latested longer than I was expecting. I recommend it.

We’re good chair. Good looking sturdy and comfy. I bought it for my son 6 tall he uses for gaming and school. He is happy with chair

My husband loves the chair and actually this is his second one, it's very roomy for me as well when I sit in it!

Bought for work and sitting for 11 too 12 hr shifts have to say it is comfortable.

Chair is OK! Seems to tilt to the right a little. Had to put a pillow behind my back to help my back reach the back of the chair, otherwise the chair is comfortable.

The chair is just like it looks, The chair is very comfortable. The weight capacity is accurate.

Nice looking, great material and great price arrived on time. Easy to assemble.

This is so comfortable at our home office that I even pull it to the living room to watch TV

Its a bit higher than I expected. Lowest to slightly raised is perfect. Easy assembly.

Sorry but I had a terrible experience with this order. It was never delivered and getting Costway to assist me was a nightmare. To their credit, they did ultimately take care of the order, and refunded me.
