It IS a big and tall chair. I’m 5’8” and lowest setting on the chair, has my feet, barely flat on the ground. If I raise it up higher and sit with my back to the back of the chair, my feet are hovering. Cushioning is nice, but take some breaking in. the assembly was pretty simple for those with at least novice skills of DIY.

I’m a big guy, between work and gaming I spend a lot of time in my chair. I needed something that was not only comfortable but could survive me. This didn’t disappoint. I bought a second one.

The package arrived significantly damaged, with visible tears in the box. After assembly, I noticed small dents/marks on the chair, again unclear if they came from the packaging damage or occurred during setup. The chair itself look big and tall, and it feels comfortable as described. More importantly, the seat already feels soft/soggy on day one, which raises concerns about how well this chair hold up over time. Overall, the damaged packaging and initial quality concerns were disappointing. Expected better handling and quality control.

1st of all who is sitting in this chair, Andre the giant??!!! On the lowest level my feet are dangling. I feel like a little kid sitting in my Fathers chair. If you are under 6 ft keep looking…this is not your dream chair. The location of the back piece is in such a weird spot and is so uncomfortable. I’m only writing this to make sure people fully understand how important it is to measure for height. I thought on the lowest it would be okay…NOT so much.

Im a bigger guy and i can say this chair is extremely comfortable. I wanted a good chair for gaming, however most gaming chairs are not fat people friendly. I came across this chair and gave it a shot and i am most certainly glad i did. Its a great quality chair. The assembly was kind of annoying i recommended having a person with you to help install it.

Great chair. Roomy, comfortable. Got it for a really good price. Don't know what else to say. For anyone who spends a lot of time at desk or whatever, very comfortable.

Really well built and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Comfortable chair. Materials seem to be pretty high quality. Doesn’t recline, but who really needs that in a chair made for a desk.

Bought for work and sitting for 11 too 12 hr shifts have to say it is comfortable.

My husband loves the chair and actually this is his second one, it's very roomy for me as well when I sit in it!

Sorry but I had a terrible experience with this order. It was never delivered and getting Costway to assist me was a nightmare. To their credit, they did ultimately take care of the order, and refunded me.

I'd give Bestbuy a 0 star if I could! I placed the order on Dec. 4 and during the past six days, the tracking remained the same, "Label created". I tried reminding customer service that the tracking information has never been updated but was told that I had to wait till Dec. 10. Now it will take another 72 hrs for Bestbuy to PROCESS the refund claim on the package that had NEVER been shipped. You are wasting me 10 days for NOTHING! This is so far the WORST business practice EVER!
