Was using machine and it jammed and broke requesting full refund

Its a good machine, quite, juices well, but took a long time and does stop working during the process , becuase it gets hot. I had to wait till it cooled down to finsh. Needs improvment on the timming of the grinding, as well as not being heated and stop working

I was a bit disappointed in this juicer. It got jammed up with the items I put in and did not work as I expected. You need to cut up the items pretty small.

Good quality product. Makes perfect juice. Slow process keeps the nutrients in the juice.

Its my 3rd time that I used it and really love it.

I ended up ditching this for a different one. It would get kind of clogged at the bottom and I’d have basically Cole slaw spinning around the auger. They have this perception that the auger should do everything, but the one I have now has essentially a rough chopper and a feed before the press. Also has some vanes in the bowl to push things towards the center. Still sub $100.

This thing is a beast best one we have ever purchased.

Good value for the money! Delivered on time, and the product is exactly as described. Very satisfied with the purchase.
