Customer Ratings & Reviews

We bought this play kitchen for our child, who is extremely gentle with toys, but it has been a total disappointment quality-wise. Within the first three days of normal use, one of the cabinet doors became completely wobbly and needed repair. Shortly after, another door started having the exact same issue. The initial door has broken off several times, with little pieces of wood breaking off, presenting a choking hazard. We've had to reinforce hardware and joint connections constantly using KwikWood and wood fillers. While the epoxy holds up great, the manufactured wood itself is so cheap and weak that a whole side section is now sheering and breaking off. The hooks that hold utensils also kept falling out, so needed to super glue those in. Also a huge choking hazard. The play kitchen has been out of commission more than it's actually been played with because it spent half its time drying from ongoing repairs every few days. Our child absolutely loves playing with the kitchen, which makes the poor construction even more frustrating. At this price point, I expected a much more durable, solid piece of furniture that could withstand regular toddler play. We are already looking for a higher-quality replacement. Would not rerommend.
