Chair seems like a nice chair but sat in it only 3 times and now a spring or something is poking up in the front part of seat trying to poke through the fabric

Chair came on time and packaged well, packaged like fine china honestly. For $105 i didn't expect the highest quality, but its instantly better than my worn out chair. I would recommend additional pad be added to seat to achieve all day comfort. Assembly was easy, casters and frame, then armrests to attach seat to back, mount onto gas cylinder.

It arrived quickly and the set up instructions were clear. I assembled this with the hardware provided in about ten minutes or so. I like the look of the chair and so I like the comfort of the chair.

Bought these chair for my wife as she works from home. She is very happy with it & she is no longer complaining about her back hurt. Very good & comfy chair.

I like the chair except for it doesn't' adjust down as far as my old chair did. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to adjust it, but so far, I can't get it down to where I'd like it.

cheap chair, no quality controls

Came with wrong model instructions and wrong parts (screws). Cannot assemble the chair. If I cannot get the correct size screws, the chair cannot be used. useless.

Chair was never delivered. Either lost during shipping or stolen by the 3rd party shipping company. Best Buy needs to use fedex or UPS for better shipping methods
