item came as described on problem is that we didn't receive the proper screws for the bottom part of the mouth so the tv is properly mounted to the stand. other than that its a great mount for the bedroom

This definitely worked for my needs. I'm using it to hold up a 70"screen. It took me a while to put together. Pretty sturdy. Height is not adjustable.
