Poor quality
Don’t waste time and money on this chair. Very minimum massage options. Quality is bad. Even though it says free return seller informed me they will charge $150 just for the label.

Cozy and comfortable
Chair is very nice and worth it, not too bulky. I used it everyday so far, and no setup required.
