Customer Ratings & Reviews

The chair has potential. I know variations of it have been around for 5 years. Assembly instructions were just pictures, and lacking instruction. We had to watch a video. FYI I am a disabled individual. Mobility challenged. My knees do not bend, at all. So having a foot rest is important. Chair features: a decent sized pop up recliner leg rest. Solid steel frame. Massage features, might be nice for some people. I prefer a separate heat massage pad. My experience is that which comes with base equipment usually breaks. This is new so I cannot speak for longevity. Arms are well padded. Comfortable, solid steel frame. The neck pad is potentially too fat. I may remove and put in lumbar region, where I need it more. I agree with other reviewers. I am a 5’8” female. I would say this chair is sized for shorter individuals, no taller than 5’10” (max). I do have fairly long limbs. The arm rests are perfectly sized for me. Someone taller might find them short. And the seat depth. Perfect for me, and foot rest size. I’d say the chair is sized ideally for someone 5’5” - 5’10”, no shorter no taller. The seat and seat back are not terribly wide. Again, about perfect for me, as I am overweight, not morbidly obese. Individuals who are larger size will find themselves cramped in the seat even if their height is a match. Chair feels solid. Again a lot of steel frame construction. With nicely padded PU leather. It said it was height adjustable. We have yet to find the lever for height adjustment.

This is a really comfortable chair. It lays out like a lazy boy and there are also massagers inside of the chair. It's more a gaming chair for playing games at a distance. My husband falls asleep in the chair every single time!

A few days into using the chair the vibrating massage stopped working. After contacting the seller, they quickly solved the problem and it’s back to normal. My husband loves this chair. Very comfy!

So i dont really think theres much better on the market that is like this chair, but its not a very good chair. Apparently its normal price is $500? I got for $250ish and id say its maybe worth $100. The recliner doesnt go as far as I hoped, the back height isnt tall and its just not as big as I expected. Im 5’8 and 160 pounds so im not a big person either. Im too lazy to take it apart otherwise id probably return it. Massager is just a back vibrator but it is better than i expected and I probably will use it often. Oh and I almost forgot the cup holder is extremely shallow like honestly not even usable, ill just use it as my vape holder.

Seems like this chair is made with durable material, it is comfortable, fits well within the limited space I have, massaging feature is a bonus (would be improved with heating options). I am overall satisfied with my purchase.

I got this as a gift for my husband. It was easy to build by one person. Really comfortable, specially the massage part. I would recommend to check the dimensions before buying it since it was a little short than i expected.

Purchased for mystep son. Easy to assemble, really comfortable, nice design. I got it on sale for about $250, worth the $250.

Great chair for our son to use. Only issue is a split along one of the seams after use.

It doesn't recline back enough to lay down in and the cupholder is shallow, your drink can easily fall out of it if your not careful. The message feature is nice but not 300+ dollars nice. Just get an office chair.

the back of the chair has trouble adjusting when trying to lean back. I also thought this chair had height adjustment because it said it did in the questions/answers, but it doesn't. you can't adjust the height and its pretty low to the ground. thanks best buy for lying in the questions/answers. And also one of the important bolts that hold the back chair up was stripped, so its basically just sitting in there. sad, i hate leaving negative reviews but cant just sit and do nothing when frustrated after spending money buying this. Sad. the chair is comfortable though, but if your desk is too high youll need some lap board or something to put your mouse/keyboard on.

I purchased this gaming chair for my son, and it has completely exceeded our expectations! The built-in massager is a game-changer—he uses it during long gaming sessions and even while relaxing with a movie. The reclining feature is super smooth and comfortable, letting him kick back and unwind. He especially loves the cup holder, which is perfect for keeping drinks close without worrying about spills. The chair is sturdy, easy to assemble, and looks awesome in his gaming setup. Worth every penny—highly recommend to any parent looking to treat their gamer!

Son loves this chair. It is better than those that sit low to the ground and he digs the vibrating massage feature. Only wish they had a heating mode along with it. Not difficult to put together.

Quite comfortable and looks very nice! The chair is easy and fairly quick to put together

This chair is so comfortable. It has everything I was looking for. Massage/foot extension/cup holder/heigh adjustment and push cushions.

Since it's considered a gaming chair, I assumed the chair would be able to rise and lower it. Unfortunately, you can't. So, now instead of it being my go-to chair in my office.

Product is trash. For price I was expecting something at least sturdy. Dingy screws are already cracking under light wear and tear, and clunky design makes normal functionality difficult. Set up was over complicated and massage feature is disappointing. Stay away and don’t buy this garbage.

this chair design is really good, but, its not at all comfortable more than 40minutes and you can litarily feel the frame of this chair. The massager is not worth the extra hundred bucks and the recliner portion is poorly done im guessing if you are a big person, this chair would be a nightmare. will not recommend this chair for the price its at.

My grandson loves the chair. It's just perfect. He thought it's the best present he ever received

The most comfortable gaming chair I've bought so far

Is more then what I was looking for!! My husband loves it!
