This works great for us! I bought the premade crust at sams club for dough. Thawed and cut in half and reshaped. Using Neapolitan setting. Poke holes in crust first. I would not use this indoors is only thing. It does release some smoke. We have a roll cart and cook it in the garage! Happy with purchase for sure!
