Customer Ratings & Reviews

The portable mini compact twintub washing and drying machine is just wonderful. By mere looking at it ,you won't believe the efficiency of this product. I am just a grateful, that i got it. It serves me so well. I call it small but mighty . I will definitely recommend it to a friend.

Light weight, easy to carry, less noisy and best quality

Love this! Machine works wonderfully. Much bigger than my old model reducing my loads. Absolutely recommend.

It works very good, i just can’t connect it to my sink. Perfect for small apartments and tiny spaces, and it’s very light weight

Very light weight and easy to use. It works as expected and meets our requirements. Delivery was very quick and no need to install anything specifically. It is ready to use. Thank you for this wonderful utility for laundering.

That machine working very good. Is perfect for a small place.

Comfortable product to use, doesn't take up space, works really well, and is very easy to clean.

Works great. It leakes from the top seam if i fill it with a full load because they didnt screw it together right. Other than that it does the job well.

This product worked when I received it, it did a good enough job that it was going to help reduce my having to go to the laundromat and be able to wash smaller items in between my large washes. I washed towels, jeans, undergarments and sheets with a noticeable difference. However this machine has some shortcomings. The drain is not long enough to sit in a bucket, I had to physically hold it down so that the water would go into the bucket. It is not a long length (the drain) so I bought a five-gallon bucket to help, only that’s no longer needed as my machine NO LONGER WORKS. The mechanism at the bottom of the washer no longer turns, so the water does not move around to clean the clothes. Also the side spinner, no longer spins. This is quite ridiculous as I haven’t even had the machine for 30 full days. I just received it end of August. This machine wasn’t the best but I was willing to work with it but now that’s void. Also something I disliked is having to pick up the machine to fully drain the water, for whatever reason the drain feature doesn’t completely drain the basin. Highly disappointed that the product didn’t last even 30 days. I would not recommend anyone to buy this unless they like throwing money away because it seems it worked just long enough for the return eligibility period to end, then broke down. I hope I am able to get a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Its great if you're on a budget or as a temporary washer, just make sure you have a system for drying becausing it'll only wick water away to the point its damp so get ready to hang dry

Very happy with it. I watched YouTube videos on how to use it. It's easy to use, and I don't have to go to the laundromat so often. Great price, and a good item.

Good item I love it .i have advice to buy this washing machine

Im so happy i bought this!! Its easy to use and gets my and my kids clean.

1 arrived broken, like the other review said the agitator doesn't work. 2 tried contacting the seller and got yanked around over email for two weeks until the window to return had closed despite me starting the process to return the item weeks before the last day of the return window. 3. I realize this is a third party seller that Best Buy is merely hosting on their site but the fact they take no responsibility nor offer assistance to customers when it comes to third party sellers means I won't be purchasing from them again and I will tell all my friends and family not to either. What's the point of using best buy if this is the result? Down 149 dollars and still in need of a washing machine. The fact I could have taken the same gamble on amazon and AT LEAST had the benefit of a better return policy just tells me Best Buy wants to be like Amazon but doesn't want to actually deal with what all that would mean. I'm so irreparably disappointed in this company.

Works good with small loads and having to do a load same day especially kids clothes

Really love this ! Has made apartment living easier!

Really washes the clothes! The dryer small and you will have to spin that side multiple times to get it clothes even close to being dry. However, I also bought a hanger to put closthes on that just needed a little "air"to get dry.

I loveeee this little life saver definitely gets the job done almost better then the actual machine.

Just opened it and set it up. I doesn't agitate. The timers click, cick away but that's it. Waste of time and money.
