Customer Ratings & Reviews

This chair offers quality and comfortable seating for long term gamers. I have back issues and the neck and lower back support really eases the discomfort of sitting for extended gaming session. Added to that is the massage feature which is a plus. I recommend this chair highly to gamers or people who work long stretches at a desk and needed an ergonomic chair for support

This gaming chair is designed to provide comfort, support durability for long hours working. I love the ergonomic design high quality materials and customizable features too its a really a great choice. It promises to enhance your gaming experience. Highly recommend this product and its really worth it when compared to the other products and the prices. Onother thing they delivered the chair before 48 hours which I didn’t expect.

Comfortable, the recliner comes in clutch, im an athlete so the massage pillow is like the best out of the whole chair I use it mostly for my feet

I really love this item. It helped out with my back pain. I will buy this chair over and over again

Very Comfortable chair. Vibration is moderate and the connector is very well placed. I took a few weeks for the material to become more confortable.

Great chair comfortable and easy to assemble. Great chair

Overall the seat is nice. Looks great. The seat is on the stiff side it was very easy to assemble the massage in the back area is nice

I wish I had known about this chair 6 years ago during COVID. But I have it now and oh how happy my body is to go some relief. Thank You friend!

Purchased this chair as a Christmas gift to myself because I work from home. Best Buy carefully delivered to my front door which is real convenient. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the chair and I'm very happy with the build quality. This chair is super comfortable and the massage function actually works better than advertised. This chair is a bargain at $159 (on sale). I've had office chairs that I paid over $500 for that can't hold a candle to this one. If you need an office chair that is robust, easy to assemble, and inexpensive, I'd highly recommend buying this chair.

[Employee of bestbuy] It’s good…. Until it isn’t, I don’t abuse my chairs at all but this one seems to wear really fast. Already starting to make noice (like it’s a chair that’s 4 years old). I’ve only had it for about 4 months so far. It’s pretty comfortable but if you want something that will last longer, look elsewhere.

Sturdy, and easy to assemble with only 1 drawback slightly less padding than i would like. Added a chairpad and its very nice for hours of gaming.

Love the chair, I bought two of these and the two ahave held up and keep us comfortable. I find them great for work and lumbar support.

Very comfortable and you can lower the chair to fit under computer desk. Rolls easily so you can go go from one place to another easy

The chair is well-made and easy to put together. The chair's comfort is rated 4. My husband can sit in the chair for 4 to 6 hours without complaint when playing the game. The lumbar support is a 3 out of 5 because of the cushion in the chair. Overall, the gaming chair is a good product, but it just needs some more lumbar support. support

Nice and comfortable, the massage is good as well!

It was a gift for my son. He’s a gamer and this chair is a game changer for his comfort. He works long hours. Not much down time. So a little gaming and massage is a nice break.

Chair is extremely comfortable. Back support and vibration work perfectly.

Comfortable and I love the vibration for my lower back!!

Great chair with good support and massage, easy assembly

I love this chair since I got it yesterday. It feel like it is not cheap which is good. The only problem that if you try to move it while sitting on it. It tends to tip over but it will take some time to get used to it. This probably is like most gaming chairs. So far this chair is very comfortable for my back. I glad that I got this.
