My family and I love this toilet so much we’re looking to buy another for our second bathroom.

Great price and works as specified. Install wasnt bad except the power cord is smaller that listed, like 22 inches since they count the head also but it is set at a 90 degree so you need to have a close plug. So, had to install a plug closer, not a hard endeavor. The functions are easy to understand and use. We had a recent trip to Japan and these are the standard. I feel so much cleaner and the drying function is nice. For the males its nice to place your foot near the toilet base and the secondary seat rises. You dont have to touch the seat. The remote is great and easy to understand. I highly recommend this. All parts needed to make a switch is included, even the wax ring and fittings for your water line. Dont miss out on this, especially when on sale. Some other brands do the same and are double or triple the price.

I made a significant investment in upgrading all six toilets in my home with these Costway smart toilets, spending over $4,000, not including professional installation. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. At this point, two of the six toilets have already failed. One no longer opens the lid automatically, and another has a serious flushing issue that makes it unusable. These are not cosmetic problems—they directly affect the basic functionality of the product. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of support from the distributor. Warranty assistance has been slow, unhelpful, and does not provide the level of confidence you would expect after such a significant investment. When customers spend thousands of dollars on premium bathroom fixtures, they expect reliability and responsive customer service. I purchased these through Best Buy because I trusted the retailer and expected the products they sell to be backed by dependable support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. At this price point, it is unacceptable to have multiple units fail so soon and then struggle to obtain meaningful warranty assistance. I cannot recommend this product based on its reliability and after-sales support.

We have had this toilet for 8 months now and It's terrible. Our previous one was just the toilet seat bidet, and it was great. I wanted to get a smart toilet while I was pregnant and choose to get one at Best buy since we are total members, and feel like we wasted $600. This thing constantly is clogged every other day. The pressure is terrible, the only thing great about this is the self lifting lids. Do not waste your money on this one. I know it's the toilet and not our plumbing in our newer home, because our last one was great!

We spent 3 weeks in Asia and got used to using bidets and immediately ordered this once we got home. Its the best!! Heated seat and water and toilet pre-conditoons toilet when you sit down. Toilet paper use is really minimized befause the dryer takes care of most of wetness. You will love it!
