Broken product, no refund, no response

This vanity arrived with broken pieces and customer service has been a nightmare. Best Buy sells items for a 3rd party, claiming the can aid in the return process, and the third party does not respond. Very disappointed as I am still trying to get someone to respond so I can get my money back and get the broken vanity out of my garage. If beat buy is going to work with other companies they should make sure they’re customer service matches them. This reflects poorly on both companies.
