The overall look is clean and thin and gives great protection to my Amazon Fire tablet. Easy to fit my table into, the case is secure and snug. I do not have to worry about getting scratches from everyday use on my tablet screen and when I flip it open, my tablet comes awake, ready to use! When I close it, my tablet sleeps and saves battery power. The price is small in comparison to buying another tablet, so I do not have to worry as much if I​ drop it by accident. Love it!!

I love that this case is magnetic and wakes up my tablet when I open it and puts it to sleep when I close it, but the kick stand part let's it slide a little when I set it down to watch movies and part of the edging is already peeling off. I've only had it for about a month too. My boyfriend bought a generic one for less money and it is holding up just as good if not better than mine.

This product does exactly as it states it will do. I especially like the idea that the cover of the case. Back to allow you to view hands-free.

I purchased a couple of these cases. One in black for myself and a red one for a family member. I like the design and material. The woven fabric gives it a nice look, with several vibrant colors to choose from. The flap that covers the screen of the Kindle has a microfiber interior, that is said to be dust proof. It does seem to do the job. When the flap is closed covering the screen, the Kindle is still on with a blank screen. When the flap is lifted, the images on the screen reappear. Sliding the lock allows you to pick up right where you left off. The Kindle itself, slides right into the case and is secure until you remove it yourself. The cover flap also has a folded crease which allows your device to stand freely either direction. On a flat surface, it is pretty sturdy. I'm not sure how well it handles accidental drops yet. Overall, I think this is a quality case and well priced.

Fits over the Fire perfectly. I especially like how you can use the cover as a stand for easier viewing. Has taken a bit of a beating and has held up nicely and protected the Fire just fine.

A good protective case for your Fire Tablet that fits like a glove, isn’t bulky, and does a good job protecting your Investment. Feels well made and should last a long time. The screen wakes up when you open the case as well. The cover acts as a stand and works ok to stand up the tablet, but not perfect. All In all, it’s a good case that will get the job done.

Usually I choose a case from an aftermarket maker instead of the tablet maker. But after snapping this case on the HD8 and feeling its texture I took a longer look. it is light and provides a better grip than the tablet alone. I like the magnetic closure feature. Since the primary use of this device for me is as an E-reader the size and weight were more significant than the protection during a drop.

I really enjoy this case! It fits the case perfectly and gives it good casual protection. Maybe not the best for drop protection like an Otter Box or whatever, but great otherwise!

tried a couple generic covers and returned them because they were too bulky. this cover is slim and fits the fire hd perfectly.

This case fits my device perfectly without compromising access to buttons, camera, etc. I like the magnetic closure, which is strong without being difficult to handle. Recently, I left the device outside and high winds created a sand storm, but the cover protected the screen and there was NO evidence of sand or dust inside. I wish it was more of a true red in color, but I am very pleased!

This cover is perfect for my HD8. It's a perfect and secure fit. It turns on and off by opening and closing the cover. I looked at many other covers, but they were bulky, unsecure, and left the devise on with a closed cover. It makes more sense to purchase Amazon brand product to use on your Amazon product

The case is good, and durable and is the same one that is sold on Amazon. It is sturdy, especially while using it on portrait mode. I will be laying down, and have the tablet on my tummy, and it will not move.The case is magnetic so it will shut tight, and will wake up the tablet when it is opened. A must have for any Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet owner! I refused to take my tablet anywhere, but now that I have the case, I can take it anywhere with me without worry!

I tried other cases for my Fire, they just didn't fit right. This was made for the Fire and fits perfect. The magnetic closure keeps it clean and safe.

This is the correct cover for the Fire; it fits perfectly. It has the ability to become a stand that works in both portrait and landscape mode and has a magnetic closure that insures it will not accidentally come open and allow the screen to be damaged.
