Looked at the Ferret Pro but what if I wanted to scan something larger than what could sit on a turntable and saw the Otter and saw it was hand held and portable able to do large objects. Saw the Raptor and the price but the blue light would be nice but went with the Otter and it is 10 times better than I would have expected. Get the handheld tripod, makes it nice and easy to handle. Easy setup, didn’t need support so can’t complain. Nice case, really well packed and was early, so again my whole experience was perfect. So ordered the new Creality K2 Plus 3D printer and should comment on its own review. Can’t go wrong with this Otter, simply great.
