Overly complicated instructions to download and design, only a single filament printer, I wanted a multi but I couldn’t cancel the order because Best Buy does not warn consumers that this is 3rd party, BEST BUY does not process the refund just accepts it, and does not hold their unresponsive sellers accountable as I reached out to them about a warranty they gave me no details no costs associated with the warranty. You cannot cancel or return easily and Best Buy is manipulative to not make it clear before purchasing that the order cannot be cancelled and they do not issue the refunds. The printer printed some things then it started to scratch the bed I tried to perform maintenance and discovered that the nozzle is not as pictured in many maintenance videos it was not removable!!!!! So I could not clear any filament in the nozzle portion. Seller refused to respond make sure you understand the return date and that Best Buy will not issue refunds when it comes to 3rd party sellers. Tricking customers should not be legal!! Not worth the hassle or stress at all a total inconvenience!!! I was tricked to thinking I was buying local!!

This is my first ever 3d printer and id say its a bargain if it comes with all the filament. It came with a small spool to test drive and then the 4 spools shown. I have not finished the first of the 4 yet and ive printed a ton. I think theres a major learning curve. All the replacement nozzles ive ordered for more details were duds and its a hassle figuring out software features. The manufacturer provides one that makes supports too thick & the cura doesn't transfer over the g code so i have to manually adjust it speeds and temps. Again, youre getting what you pay for. If you want more then spend more. But, im content with this as a starter.

Is a great machine. Had great printing. Is a very amazing brand and you should totally pick it up

Bought it as a gift for my wife and she loves it!! Easy to setup and ease of use is great. There hasn’t been much we couldn’t figure out with a quick google search and everything she has printed has come out great!

Good PRints easy to build but screws are easy to stip over all good printing and good for a beginer.

This was a Christmas present for a very intelligent 10 year old. He loves it.The price was reasonable and he finds it easy to use. And Fun. That's the most important thing.

This is a great 3d Printer, easy set up and to run.

Good beginner 3D printer. I bought this for my nephew. There is a learnign curve. Make sure you look the unit over before starting your first print. We had one loose screw that messed up the z-axis and all the prints failed (couldn't get the plate to auto level). Since we fixed that, no issues.

Great budget printer, it is one of the best printers for the cost

Love this printer! Wanted something dor a great price and good for beginner and I wasnt disappointed at all.

Bought for my grandson. He is head over heels for this. My son likes it too for custom creations. Great starter 3d printer. hopefully will be consistent. have only used for 2 weeks.

It does what is promised. I hope for updated models that speed up the process.
