Creative Lab T12, 2.0 Speakers sound good!

I wanted to upgrade my desktop computer speakers and read quite a lot. Thought I would try to see how the Creative brand works out. The sound is clean - at regular volumes. Crank it up - and the bass becomes a little muddy. I am hearing bass notes and midrange percussive sounds, guitars riffs, etc, I have never noticed and I like the overall effect. Not for "head-bangers". Piano and violins sound natural. Worth the money. ---
